Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Our organization uses Pardot Marketing Automation to execute a wide range of projects to support all areas of the company - not just sales. It allows us to track the success of our communications and continually learn what our audience wants to know.
  • Provides detailed reporting on important aspects of our communications.
  • Landing pages are easy to create and design and provide a high level of functionality.
  • Integrates with Salesforce.com for even more visibility and tracking.
  • They have come a long way in improving the email editor - an ongoing endeavor I'm sure.
  • The Help section of the website is sometimes hard to search. I don't always find what I need but the customer service staff is excellent.
  • Some of the organization in the navigation bar is not intuitive.
  • Pardot Marketing Automation has allowed us to track how and the collateral on our website is being accessed so that we can have a faster response to following up with those prospects.
  • It has allowed us to create engaging landing pages to promote our marketing events, track registrations, increase interest and attendance, deliver collateral, and more.
  • It has given us a platform for distributing dynamic internal and external newsletters with ease.
I have been using Pardot for several years now across different roles in different companies. It has always been the tool of choice because of the functionality that it delivers in relation to the price, and because it integrates with the CRM of choice.
It has been easy for new team members to adopt and touches most aspects of our marketing communication strategies.
I think Pardot Marketing is a great tool even for small teams, which would not be the case for some of the more expensive options on the market.
