Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation
It is being used by the marketing department for emails.
- Great for linking webinar campaigns to WebEx to automatically add registrants and attendees.
- Allows you to setup rules so that our employees don't get included in our website activity tracking.
- You can create nurture tracks (we are still in the process of building these).
- The automation links to update campaigns are very rigid. If the persons information isn't exactly how we have it in Salesforce it doesn't make the connection so we still need to manually review our lists.
- The ability to exclude employees from our metrics still isn't perfect.
- We haven't been using it long enough to really be able to track the impact on the company.
- It has made marketing's job a little easier once it's set up.
