Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation
We use Pardot as sales and marketing alignment for smooth lead handoff.
Pros
- Allows for granularity with how each lead can be treated through automation.
- They have BEST in class support.
- Keep improving their product.
- Tracking and completion actions that are second to none.
Cons
- Reporting features could be better.
- SFDC integration could be better.
- Better lead treatment
- Better lead flow between sales and marketing
- Increased efficiency without a lot of resources needed
- Faster lead conversion and much better lead quality
I have used Marketo and it did not live up to most of its promises and the support was abysmal, Hubspot is good but hard to apply to enterprise systems across all channels, Silverpop was not as thought out and learning curve was a bit steeper, as is my experience with Eloqua--good, but like shelling a walnut with a hammer.
