Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Our organization uses Pardot regularly to market for our clients. It allows us to implement marketing automation solutions and keep a variety of projects running at once. We're able to manage and assess the effectiveness of our campaigns with Pardot. Since we began using Pardot, our projects have become easier to manage, more effective, and we've been able to extend our scope of work.
  • The interface is easy to use, which makes for faster work and less frustration.
  • The reporting is thorough and visually appealing to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • The support team helps answer any questions and make sure we're getting the most out of Pardot that we can.
  • I'd like to be able to export a thorough email report, instead of individual lists and taking a screenshot of the numbers. Something that can be presented to clients to show them the effectiveness of their campaign.
  • Mainly it has increased our organization's productivity by making the marketing process faster and smoother. We're completing more and more client work because of the ease and speed Pardot offers.
  • As we've continued to use and learn from Pardot, the quality of our marketing campaigns has increased and we see a higher ROI, just from everything we've learned and changed through testing.
It works really well when you have a variety of projects to manage, and also for regular ongoing emails and automation (newsletters, etc.). The interface is very pleasant, so if you have people managing campaigns who are less technical, it's easy for them to use. Pardot support is VERY helpful, so if you have any questions, know that you'll be supported and appreciated. Their knowledge base and materials (webinars, whitepapers) teach useful information to improve your marketing as well.

Using Pardot Marketing Automation

We have a very solid flow going with Pardot, we continue to perform well and improve, and have no strong reasons to switch to another platform at this time.
