Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex for all our payroll needs - anything from weekly payroll to help with year end stuff to 401(k) and everything in between.
- Integrating new employees. I give Paychex the info on the new employee and voila...done.
- Paychex Flex employs some incredible people ( capable and knowledgeable0. Paychex does a great job giving their employees the tools to help the customer.
- Courtesy and professionalism is top!
- Only one thing comes to mind. Whenever my regular (wonderful) payroll specialist is out, the replacement does not seem to know my special needs. Perhaps a little interoffice communication would be helpful to keep things running smoothly.
- Our return on investment in this company has been met 100%!
I have nothing to compare Paychex Flex too..and I do not want to either..I am happy with where I am.
