Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We currently use Paychex for HRIS Management and Payroll across the whole organization. It has good customer support. Their account managers really take a lot of the burden off our company when it comes to running payroll and figuring out benefits administration.

- You have to track pretty much all HR-related tasks yourself: keeping track of documents, time off, setting up new hires
- Running payroll can become complicated
- For our company size it has worked well but I think Paychex caters best to large businesses.
- Overall this customization is great but the process to get everything into place can be frustrating, time consuming and expensive.
- I think it is most beneficial to businesses with over 50 employees to make the costs worth it.
Even with updates, Paychex still looks dated. There are basically no audit trails for changes in payroll and few in HR online. Audit trails are slow to access in time and attendance. The site has several different contact areas, and no clear way as to who you should actually contact if you have a problem that isn't in their FAQ.
