Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex across our organization for payroll, HR, Hiring, and Benefits. Paychex is keeping all of our business needs in one central location so that it's easier to find.
- Easy access to viewing your personal paycheck records.
- Easy to use to process payroll.
- Easy access to personnel records.
- The Paychex products don't seem to individually be able to interact very well. It would be nice to be able to move records from one section to the other instead of having to download and then re-upload files.
- While it has seemed to be an effective product overall (and my experience with it is minimal), the biggest problem seems to lie within the benefits portal.
Paychex Flex is much easier to use and easier for the employees to see their information and make changes.
