Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex allows our business to operate smoothly by allowing newly hired employees to enter their information such as W2 information. This removes time and paperwork from the process by keeping everything digital. Paychex Flex allows our business to run efficiently as payroll is processed rapidly and the reports are automatically generated and ready to view.
  • Saves pay raise updates; super helpful to be able to reference these at anytime.
  • Makes printing employees W-2s & paystubs simple and easy.
  • Allows emergency contacts to be saved and updated easily.

Super easy and simple to use!
Payroll, HR, Retirement all in one is extremely handy. The note section is helpful to put notes on each employee. We love that you can add reviews & evaluations and set specific time/date reminders when they are needed to be done. This keeps everything organized and in one place! Payroll is so easy through Paychex and is a huge time saver. Paychex Flex reporting is absolutely flawless, and the live reporting is beyond helpful.

It is simple to log in with a username and password and the dashboard makes finding any thing you may need quick, easy and simple. Knowing any skill level employee is able to use paychex flex makes it that much better and gives us an ease to mind.

Yes - The app is very similar to the website, simple and easy to use. Never had an issue getting it to work. The app is efficient and allows employees to have access to their paystubs, add deductions and make any necessary changes. The app allows for access where ever you are making it easy to view all payroll or hr questions that anyone may have.
