Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is being used by myself only. I print past or present payroll reports from Paychex Flex. I can retrieve employees' pay stubs if they need any past or present ones. I can change their personal/employee information if they request it. It is very easy to use and a very helpful tool. All of my reports are just a click away. When I have audits, it is so nice to just be able to log in, download all the reports I need to a pdf, save and send off to auditors. It sure beats spending a lot of time at a copy machine scanning them into a safe as a PDF. Saves me a ton of time. I really appreciate that. Time-saving is everything with such busy days.
  • Paychex Flex has past and present reports in a nice, neat order for me to access anytime I may need them. Make life so much easier and saves me time.
  • It is real easy to navigate.
  • The only issue I have had with Paychex Flex is that I could not find where I could delete a school district tax one of my employees' tax deductions. It was easy to add the new one, just couldn't erase the old one. But my Paychex rep was quick and awesome and did that for me.
  • It has been a huge time saver for me. Especially when it comes to gathering payroll information for audits.
Overall, Paychex Flex is a huge time saver.

Paychex Flex is easy to navigate. I never had any training on it. The person who I replaced at the company I work for did not use Paychex Flex. I logged in and figured it out on my own.
It is easy and quick to update my employee's personal/work information. All of my payroll reports are just a click away. Very easy to access them to download to a PDF, so I can send them off for audits or to upper management.

Using Paychex Flex

1 - I am the only person who uses Paychex Flex. We do have the capability for all employees to log in to their own employee portal to access and update their information or print past or present pay stubs, but we do no use that feature. I am the accounting manager. I am responsible for new hires and processing payroll.
3 - It does not take much computer knowledge to navigate Paychex Flex. It is very user-friendly.
  • Update employee information.
  • Gather reports/information for audits involving union payroll.
  • It was quick to access our PPP information.
  • Maybe in the future, we will allow all employees to access their own personal information in Paychex Flex.
  • Maybe in the future, we will use Paychex to track time, work time, time off, leave of absence, ext.
Paychex Flex is easy to use. I have had no real issues with Paychex Flex. I do not see us changing this option in the future at all.
