Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex has been a big help with our employee time tracking and overall maintenance. It’s a one stop shop where I, as an HR professional can keep track of employees information and managers can make changes as needed. We currently utilize the time & attendance, performance and onboarding functions. Whenever I need extra training myself or for my team, I can easily get connected with support at Paychex Flex and never have to wait long for an answer. The customer service is probably the best part.

Being that I am relatively new in my career as an HR professional, Paychex Flex has been a great resource when I needed help with employee taxes or just general organization of employees so I can make sure nothing is missed.
