Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex is easy to use and cost effective. The fact that employees can access their information, including
w-2’s, saves time and money. Their customer service has always been on point. They answer any questions and fix any issues immediately. I would highly recommend Paychex to others.

Positively - Cash requirements is very important for a small business. We have these numbers at our fingertips as soon as payroll is posted.
The website is easy to use and filled with information. The reports are at you fingertips. Employees have access to their information and w-2s.
