Any time I have a question regarding payroll or tax situations I know I can always reach out to my client service rep for help. Paychex Flex has a live payroll type system. When you make changes to the payroll they take effect immediately. The system does a wonderful job flagging possible issue or errors payroll admin can easily over look.
