Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We are currently using Paychex to apply to retire. We use the applicant tracking system, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, and retirement.

Pros

  • Payroll.
  • Onboarding.
  • Applicant tracking.

Cons

  • Resetting employee login.
  • Issues with some staff not being able to push employees from onboarding to hired.
  • Efficiency.
  • Employee making their own changes.
  • All 401K changes must be completed by the employee.
  • Time savings.
Positively - We have many more reports available to us to help make decisions on our many cost centers. Paychex has also allowed me more time to concentrate on the business and not just spend half my time on payroll.
They have always helped me when I have needed any help.

It is a great layout and is easy to get around to do the different functions.
It has helped streamline our business. We have moved from three providers to one provider, and it is all under one umbrella for our company.
