Paychex Flex Review

The experience with paychex customer service is the worst I believe I've have ever had. In my experience, it takes hours at a time to speak with anyone, as no one helps resolve issues. In my experience, they delegate problems down the line, and still to this day our issues had not bee resolved and after 10 years we closed our accounts. Outside of that, the pay roll specialist was always changing, and never submitted correctly. Many times employees were not paid on time. In my opinion, I would not recommend this company!
