Overall Satisfaction with Penelope by Social Solutions

We use it to document client services provided at our non-profit.
  • It rarely crashes
  • Make batch editing a function
  • Give better access to data
  • Fix the external communications
  • Four words: Client Account Merge Function
  • Created the need to hire temps to correct data incorrectly entered based on a poor initial setup.
  • Frustrated staff to the point many stopped entering services that were essential for receiving funding.
  • Gave me an excellent understanding of what happens when core functions are lacking.
