PeopleSoft Financials is used by Corporate Finance Group for bookkeeping.

Pros and Cons

Easily customizable for business needs. We were able to build several bolt-on applications on PeopleSoft. If not, we would have implemented the same function on new software and spent on integration with PeopleSoft.

PeopleSoft cloud will be a good enhancement for us.

Return on Investment

Able to close books and report on time.
Due to asset load and retirement, we are able to perform AM related activities at ease.
EDI Invoice integration is very good, able to pay vendors on time.

Alternatives Considered

Simple, customizable and user-friendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

PeopleSoft has user-friendly features such as spreadsheet journal import, and the Excel to CI feature to upload contracts, assets, etc. It is also easy to debug any failures.
