PFL is being used by our Marketing Department to create cross-channel campaigns that expand into print. It allows personalized print pieces to be sent alongside Marketo emails. It also allows us to automate the sending of ongoing print pieces.

After sending an email, we trigger a webhook in Marketo to initiate a mailer to be sent via PFL. This can be done in batches or trickle in as records reach a milestone. We share mailing address and name info to send and personalize the piece.
