Overall Satisfaction with PFL Hybrid Experience Platform

PFL is being used by our Marketing Department to create cross-channel campaigns that expand into print. It allows personalized print pieces to be sent alongside Marketo emails. It also allows us to automate the sending of ongoing print pieces.

It does take a while to launch or re-launch a campaign, which can make it difficult to pivot quickly. However, if you're integrated with Marketo, then PFL is as scalable as your database and marketing strategy! The sky is the limit in terms of creativity. Post launch, the program is hands-off apart from report monitoring and potential optimization tweaks.
Support and account management is good, it can just take a while to go through all the steps to get something live.

If you have a budget and are trying to sell services or complex products, pairing print and create tactile pieces with your digital campaigns can be very effective. We made the mistake of not including a trackable CTA on our first mailer. If you just need a print provider, there are probably cheaper options, but the ability to integrate with Marketo makes it a powerful automation tool!
