Overall Satisfaction with pharosIQ

I use PharosIQ to help support our Account-Based Marketing efforts. They help us reach the accounts we want to get, expand our database for outreach, and stay top of mind. We have overall business and revenue goals, and PharosIQ helps us to get in front of the right stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Lead quantity has increased based on lower CPL
  • Increase in overall website traffic from our top accounts
  • Lead quality is great having the majority of the leads coming in engaged with our site.
Support and assistance are great. When there are any issues or concerns that arise during the campaign, support is responsive and active in finding and fixing the problem. Having consistent check-ins on the campaign via a meeting and email updates is helpful to ensure that the program is staying on track.
The issue we had before PharosIQ was not necessarily with lead quality but cost per lead. It was difficult to scale our database with the budget limitations that we had with the CPLs we were receiving from other vendors and platforms. It is really great that while CPL is lower, quality has not suffered.
It is very easy to use, and the setup is very convenient. Proofs are provided quickly and accurately, and adjustments are made efficiently as well if needed. Display as well is very easy to set up, as we utilize Google campaign manager, and we send tags over, and it's implemented right away.

PharosIQ is a very easy-to-work-with and cost-effective solution for account-based marketing efforts. It provides relevant contacts to help increase our database, allowing for more outreach. Having a lower CPL and CPM helps to stay within budget without sacrificing quality, which allows us to stay on target for our business goals.
