Overall Satisfaction with pharosIQ
TOFU Content Syndication leads across global regions in NA, EMEA and APAC. MOFU Direct Mail survey completions for key regions in NA and EMEA. We evaluated several vendors in prior years and were impressed by the quantity of delivery against our target account lists and ICP criteria in addition to speed to delivery from pharosIQ. We also needed to ensure the vendor could work with our suppression list to ensure we were not receiving leads already within our existing database.
Pros
- Consistent and regular rhythm of business and communications.
- Streamlined campaign ops team.
- Speed to delivery and adjusting to marketing team needs.
Cons
- Increased insights based on intent signals within their platform.
- Optimization recommendations with regional nuances for global campaigns.
- Expanded offerings for mid-funnel engagement.
- Campaign influence of pipeline generation (5x ROI)
- Over 9,000 new names added to database

Our previous vendors had struggles when delivering against our suppression lists. We did not want to "pay" for leads who had already been sent from prior content syndication vendors or had already opted in through other engagements. pharosIQ worked closely with us to ensure they adhered to our suppression lists in their weekly delivery and pacing was not an issue. We still run into issues for get these leads to further engage with marketing content, but they were able to work with our target account lists and supplement with their own database to fulfill against our lead targets with speed and quality.
