Overall Satisfaction with pharosIQ

We have used pharosIQ for content syndication for over a year. I have never seen in quarter pipeline developed from content syndication, but QoQ with Pharos, we do. We're using them for a variety of initiatives, brand awareness, lead generation, and now pipeline development.

We had some account management turn over, but for the most part the team has been steller. They aren't too pushy and do a good job of educating us on their other product offerings.
We struggled getting lead quality that our sales team approved of. In the past, content syndication could generate leads but they would sit in the CRM instead of progressing down funnel. Our sales team knows that Pharos leads are good quality and works them appropriately.
They send me leads every week in a spreadsheet. You cant get much easier than that.

I've never seen in quarter pipeline generated from content syndication. Their audience is engaged. They also are able to get incredibly granular with the ICP and generous with the leads being sent back if they were out of market.
