Overall Satisfaction with Pipefy
We use Pipefy to organize our voiceover submissions.

- Notifying when someone emails us. There used to be a notification of how many people wrote in. With the new update that is no longer and it is really easy to miss notifications
- they need better communications to customers. One day there was a new update that was so completely different. It messed a lot of things up for us. We've been trying to find another platform to use because of the issues with their notifications.

New updates that we were not aware of really hindered us from doing right by our clients. We now are not notified clearly about notifications that come through which makes it easy to overlook customer reach outs.
