Overall Satisfaction with PitchBook

Helps me to know more about startups, competition and fund raising. It also helps me to know bit more about the industry landscape where startup operates. Prepares me very well for new exploratory calls which I shave with startups and helps in having deeper conversations with the founders of the team.

I havent really used customer service yet but would be good if they promote more on how to use it
I do use the private data and info but sometimes feel it is not accurate especially for small companies and doesnt give me good overview of competition

It is very helpful not only for VC and CVS, but also for many startups or statements or entrepreneurs looking to start their own ventures, and give them good overview of market where they want to play and excel. Also gives me good deal flow to work with daily basis.
