Never had an issue that wasn't easily answered and the amount of info available prior to questions revealing themselves is amazing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PlanGrid is used throughout our company and provides the latest and updated plans and documents so we can complete tasks in a timely manner without redundancy and confusion as to which direction we are taking.

Pros and Cons

Keeps documentation and plans in one place.
Keeps plans updated and shows when they were changed or added.
They are continually updated and current.

I would like to use as punch list creator but haven't had time to research all aspects.

Return on Investment

It is easy to track updates and keep subcontractors on the same revision updates or plan changes.
Saves time to have all job documents at one locations and easily reproducible.

Alternatives Considered

Plangrid is the only one I have used to keep all documuments in one location and markable with constant updates.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is easy to email pages to outside subs or potential subs with a PDF attachment to clarify intent even if they do not have plangrid. I have used plangrid to send details of plans to specialty subcontractors who don't have plans or plangrid, to get quotes or clarify scopes.
