The person who reaches out to PlanGrid for me is always prompt with an answer. That leads me to believe that PlanGrid is prompt to answer him.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Plangrid is used for construction projects across the construction planning and design department within facilities. It is also used to note deficiencies during different inspections. It addresses being able to use it on the fly to note items that are deficient.

Pros and Cons

You can use the default buttons to note deficiencies or you have the option to make your own buttons.
It's easy to load and sync dwgs.
The reports that PlanGrid makes are very well suited to what I use it for.

It lacks the ability to delete buttons in one action. If I have a sheet that has multiple buttons on it but things have been resolved and I want a fresh sheet, I have to individually delete all of the buttons. Time consuming task.

Return on Investment

It has a positive impact on efficiency, and the format of the reports is professionally pleasing.

Alternatives Considered

I've never used anything like PlanGrid.

Likelihood to Recommend

PlanGrid is well suited for sharing of projects between team members as well as using it to make notation for inspections.

I don't know any scenarios where it would be less appropriate.

PlanGrid is the bomb!!
