Pros

Manages multiple revisions within the same project.
Punch list function is best I have found

Cons

Numbering of the Issues. I would be nice to be able to control the numbering of the issues (i.e. QC issues during construction, GC's Pre-Punch List, Final Punch List, etc. are separate list starting at #1)
Better functionality in plan markups. I currently use Bluebeam for markups, because it is easier to use for that.
Ability to integrate with other programs (Raken, Procore, Prolog, etc)

Return on Investment

Significant time savings, especially in preparing and tracking tracking punch list

Alternatives Considered

Bluebeam Revu

Bluebeam is easier to use for plan markups, but the punch list function of PlanGrid is far better.

Likelihood to Recommend

Best available Punch List tool I have found.

As-built and plan markup functionality is lagging behind other options.
