Overall Satisfaction with Planview Enterprise

Planview was used to replace an existing program management tool. Planview provided ease of access, excellent training and implementation. It allowed program leads to easily track the progress of particular programs and customized reporting made things easier to track.
  • Being able to have customized reporting tailored directly to individual audiences is extremely helpful
  • The detailed training by Planview SMEs and ongoing support is helpful
  • Ease of use
  • From what I used I do not see areas where we would have wished any improvement.

Planview for our group ran circles around Microsoft Project and our own internal program management tracking software.
When choosing a reporting system to track programs, ease of use and customizable reporting are essential

Using Planview Enterprise

I think for our purposes Planview has been a good fit and we will continue to renew.
