Overall Satisfaction with Planview LeanKit
To help keep track of my audit projects in terms of planning, fieldwork, drafting of issues and observations, and report issuance. It centralizes the audit team's project monitoring and management process and keeps the whole team engaged at one source. We set up one Planview LeanKit project board for each audit assignment.
- Organizes the tasks in terms of parent cards and individual tasks involved.
- Helps keep track of deadlines and acts as a reminder and diary system.
- Enables us to filter by users and other features (which I am still learning) for convenience.
- Helps clearly define the responsibilities of each of the users/team members.
- Eliminate the need for repetitive steps e.g. inputting of header (there may be others).
- Add a filter for items or activities that are overdue or coming due, with the ability to set the date.
- Unable to quantify, but tangible improvements in terms of tracking and monitoring are experienced.
Another poorly designed question that forces me to choose a random response from the list of products, in order to allow me to move on in this survey.
