Overall Satisfaction with Planview Portfolios

The main capability Planview Portfolios provides my organisation that no other tool does is allow a hierarchical grouping of the work to the strategy. Particularly showing how work rolls up to deliver an organisational objective.

Cons

  • History for free text fields
  • Audit on the schedule
  • Integration with Jira
  • Improved visibility of the entire change portfolio across the bank
  • Ability to connect strategy back to work, improving our ability to make critical business decisions
  • Ability to centralise executive level program/project/initiative information to generate executive reporting
It connects strategy back to delivery. it can handle multiple delivery methodologies
