We use Podio to manage our real estate agency in Japan; it helps us manage customers, suppliers, and sales (CRM), manage properties, projects and marketing.
- It is extremely flexible in the way you use it, you can set it up to suit your needs
- It is quick and easy to use
- It works with smartphones, tablets, email, dropbox and evernote
- Support for non latin languages needs some improvement, particularly when searching. But this is not a major issue, we use it in Japanese.
- It is easier for us to collaborate on projects and know what everyone is up to, it is social so you can help others and they can help you

It is cheaper, faster and more flexible than anything else out there.
