Overall Satisfaction with Pointerpro

We wanted a self-serve diagnostic experience for our prospects. We use Pointerpro to power a sales diagnostic tool, that auto generates a downloadable report for prospects, acting as a top-of-funnel engagement and qualification tool for our Sales team.
The platform has helped us to design and generate visual reports. It's also integrated with our CRM (HubSpot).

Pointerpro is quite complex and cumbersome to use. We have required a lot of help from customer service and technical support, for the initial setup. They do the first assessment for you, which is very handy.
The ability to produce a branded, downloadable report immediately on completion, without manual intervention, is genuinely useful
The integration with our CRM took a long time and added friction to the setup.
