Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish

Client research and proprietary content research. We conduct on average 10 studies a year.

Pros

  • Fast survey completes
  • Has a dedicated validated panel
  • Intuitive and easy to use
  • Great customer service, great and responsive service
  • Great responsive online help, very fast and extremely responsive

Cons

  • Emotional tools (eye tracking, facial recognition). We are exploring in addition to Pollfish new provider but it would be great if you could provide these services. It is the future and its moving fast.
  • Ability to copy a question from one study to the other
  • More targeting and profiling tools
  • Your French up front mandatory copy does not exist and required us to program the system...in a bilingual world, this is not ideal
  • Ability to do polls as part of a self assessment tool (i.e. Pointerpro.com)
  • Generated revenue from doing research which was historically outsourced
  • Research content lead to the acquisition of new clients
Easy, intuitive and fast to use.
They do not provide a panel but their self assessment tool is amazing. However, we now have created our own AI tool which is more effective. It would be great to have an integration key to allow AI to analyze live studies.

We have recommended Pollfish to a wide range of clients. Recently I deleted a major questionnaire by accident. Your online help contact responded quickly and fixed the problem. Also, we get great advice and help from our account manager. We also conducted a study using Prodege services for a client which was incredible.
