Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Pollfish to survey names for the title of our projects (video games). We look to establish interest level in concepts - and then assign data points to popularity of title options. We are able to determine statistical significance from our surveys to find what will resonate with consumers.

Pros and Cons

Pros

User experience, ease of use
Timely results. From the time you submit, to completion. It is extremely fast.
The depth of questions and options for questions are extensive and dynamic.

Cons

We'd like to see some form of NDA option. We deal with highly confidential information in our product research and would like to have an NDA feature for respondents. Even if it is theater.
Statistical analysis
Some of the charts do not tell a good story with how they format

Return on Investment

Tough to quantify - but we are able to gather the strongest naming options for our titles for potential consumers. I'm sure it plays a roll in product success at market by having the most widely appealing name, but it is hard to quantify.

Usability

It is very simple and clear. There is AI assist, and auto guides that pop up. It is very easy to set up and run a survey.
