Overall Satisfaction with Polycom RealPresence Immersive Studio

Collaboration with the various team members made easy with the implementation of the Poly Studio. It resolved the challenge of connecting with the remote contributors for a better coordinated results on out day to day tasks.

Pros

  • Small Conference Rooms
  • Ad-Hock Meetings
  • Scheduler Room Reservation

Cons

  • TC10/TC8 be able to sync with the studio directly wired/wirelessly instead of using the network port.
  • Better Audio & Video controls on the User page
  • It helped save us a lot of revenue on transportation and hotels and made collaboration easy for the remote team members.
It is fairly easy to set up and use both for the administrator and the end user.
It is at 9 vs 5 for Cisco. Because of the implementation and setup.
