Portainer, Glad I stumbled onto it, I love it !!
Overall Satisfaction with Portainer
I've been using Portainer (CE) for years now. I am a self-employed freelance developer, and I use it for my deploying and managing my Docker containers in the Cloud. I love it.
I stumbled onto it while looking for a substitute for Docker Desktop on LINUX. The GUI makes it easy to manage, and it is more full-featured than Docker Desktop.
I rarely share administrative duties with collaborators, but there is a multi-user mode, and there are many features that I have not yet fully explored. I recently upgraded to a limited user business edition. There was a temporary bug that was annoying (unable to attach to the terminal/console), but that got fixed. That is a feature that I've used frequently also because I don't like using:
docker exec -ti 'container-name' sh

Pros
- Web-based UI
- Multiple users/permissions
- Connect to Docker Hub
Cons
- Connection to the console/terminal was broken in a release (fixed)
- I use the CE version, so only time investment for me.
- Made management of Cloud instances much easier
