Overall Satisfaction with PracticePanther
PracticePanther easily allows me to add expenses and time onto a case. Everything I need for my case is right there in front of me, without the need to toggle between different functions. I can invoice, make notes, and add receipts in half the time it used to take me. I also love that I can easily see my aging accounts and the accounts that have current payments. What I love most about PracticePanther is that it's very user friendly and doesn't require a ton of data input. I can spend more time being a lawyer and less time figuring out complicated software.

- It's difficult to sync with other applications like Gmail.
- Invoices can be a bit tricky.
- My billing was cut in half the first month I used it.
- It allows me and my assistant to make notes in each file without having the actual file in front of us.
- I have recaptured all of my expenses.
PracticePanther is a fraction of the price and is easier to use than Smokeball. I am obsessed with having everything on my case available to me on one screen, including client messages. It is easy to create cases and archive them, but more importantly, it's easy for me to create invoices. I have cut my admin time in half.
