- not intuitive to use
- training materials are terrrible
- I have a long list of images and notes of what they need to improve... should they want to make those changes.
- I spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to navigate and help client
- we are required to have this type of product to comply with the OEM vendors we use.
- this would require ECI to reach out and go over the issues... they are too complex to articulate here.
Yes, we can see the printers and their usage
we are supposed have a demo at some point.
it is a bit fancier/complicated version of FM audit & Printfleet
