A Senior Account Executive at [...], I’ve spent over 21 years managing print supply needs—specializing in LaserJet and thermal printing. I support clients nationwide, including multi-location operations and offices out in Hawaii. Some call me the “toner psychic”—I always seem to know when a printer is about to run low. While I’d love to claim pure intuition, Printanista is among my best trade secrets. Don't worry, I can't be sued for saying that, we're quite proud to share that name! This platform virtually gives me real-time visibility into many of my customers’ print fleets, once they've signed up for the discount program that goes along with our remote monitoring. I'm sent detailed alerts the moment supplies start to dip. It allows me to proactively reach out, restock, and keep everything running smoothly—before anyone even knows there’s an issue. Just because I use software doesn’t mean I’ve lost my psychic edge—it just means I’ve got smart backup. Printanista helps me support my clients like I’m right there in the building, even when I’m thousands of miles away. It’s a powerful tool that lets me deliver fast, proactive service—and helps my clients avoid downtime and surprise supply shortages.

Absolutely, I have jumped onto calls with onsite technicians to help figure out usage, errors, etc. I can sit at my desk and look up devices and serial codes to provide to OEM manufacturers' technical and customer support lines, so my customer doesn't have to wait on hold and I can create a ticket for them.

Keeping complex print fleets across multiple locations running smoothly once they have signed an agreement. This dashboard gives me real-time visibility into my customers’ fleets, sending alerts when supplies dip, so I can get ahead of the problem before it hits their radar. I make it a rule to call before filling orders, because relationships are everything, and I never want to be replaced by technology, so I utilize it instead.
