Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my organization, we use Private Media Channel for distributing internal videos to our employees. We are in the process of implementing this across the whole organization. Since the content we will be distributing is sensitive and confidential, it raises problems of security.

Vimeo

Private Media Channel has better security measures and customization where as Vimeo only has a password functionality. However, Vimeo is well branded, modern, relatable and most importantly, easy to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

Private Media Channel is better suited for corporations and businesses that require maximum security but it would be less appropriate for companies who are seeking a simple video solution.

We had a long conversation with Sabrina about her review. Just to make clear, the "Con" on branding refers to the strength of the Niche Video Media brand - as a small company relatively new in the market, the brand strength is low. It was not about the Branding feature of the product, with which she had no problems. We're always working on our brand strength, our presence here is just one example. The other comment regarded the modernity of the UI. It is our belief that the engagement level of UI is a personal thing and our UI did not resonate with Sabrina. As with everything else, we constantly work to improve our UI and our User Experience (UX) with each release. We do not discount her comments - they are perfectly appropriate and reasonable for her use case and situation. But not every user will have the same impression.
