Overall Satisfaction with Private Media Channel

I have been using Niche for my educational videos and tutorials. I have been looking for a secure, stable and fast video hosting for like 10 months. I have tested almost all of those popular video hosters and none of them worked best for me until I found Niche. I had to hold off my project because of security issues on my premium videos for education. Thanks to Niche they have solved my issue and it took just a few hours to get going. The customer service is top notch. Their media hosting is always up and running. No issues since the first day I signed up. I have never seen such good technical service and customer service on any corner of internet. These guys are awesome.

    Thanks, Emrah, for the review. You mentioned Multi-language support and I'd like to point out that the channel does support languages in Subtites as well as voice-over. Your question really went to the idea of translating the entire channel into other languages, specifically Swedish and Turkish. We plan to offer the channel in multiple languages, and provide our customers with the ability to translate text tags on the screen in whatever their chosen language is. I'm sure that you understand that this is a massive undertaking and will take a significant amount of time to complete. As it stands now, we minimize text in the end-user interface, using images where possible, to make it understandable to a multi-lingual audience, and allow the channel administrator to change the name of several (though certainly not all) labels on the screen. We'll get there. As for subscription models, the specific request is to support multiple payment frequencies - for example, pay for channel membership quarterly and subscription to a specific library monthly and access to a single live-streamed event as a one-time charge. The channel currently supports one recurring payment frequency (you determine the frequency) plus "one-time" charges. The challenge with multiple recurring frequencies is how to implement it with the multiple payment gateways we support - some of them will not support differing frequencies. We designed the channel to support the option of multiple frequencies, but have it limited to a single frequency for now due to vendor limitations. We continue to work with the vendors and their APIs to resolve this issue, but I regret we cannot offer any projected implementation date.
