Overall Satisfaction with PromoRepublic

The availability of readymade templates makes us save time and cost instead of doing it from scratch. There are tools for reporting and tracking and overseeing social media initiatives.

Cons

  • I couldn't find any tagging in specific
  • Also if the search result could give accurate result for keyword, that would be fine
  • If there would be a folder option for accounts that would be great
  • Scheduled posting time is great one we can say
  • The next is premade or easymade templates for use
  • Customer support is the best one
  • Need improvement in integration part, i.e. integrating to third party apps
  • I think popups should be controlled
  • Nothing other than this
I rate PromoRepublic’s overall usability a 9 because it’s incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I don't think there is a huge difference between the both, PromoRepublic and NapoleanCat. PromoRepublic takes that edge by having more social media networks, where NapoleanCat has only a few social media networks.

In terms of well suited for our business, it saves a good amount of time focusing on other tasks instead of sitting on one task alone for a long time. For less appropriate scenarios, if a keyword search would give the best result, that would help to even save more time. But great and good going.
