Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Replicate

We use it to replicate data from SQL Server to Snowflake real time.
It's being used by multiple departments in the whole organization.
It helps in full load and replication.
  • Change processing option to replicate real time
  • Various connection end points
  • Load monitor windows
  • Easy to learn and use
  • Error message clarity is lacking and not easy to understand
  • Logs aren't user friendly to read
  • No downloadable client
  • Saved time by replicating data real time.
  • Fast to setup and hence used in small and quick loads.
  • Scheduler saved time by automating jobs.
SSIS lacks real time replication and the only place where it can beat SSIS.
Additionally, has more end point connectors than SSIS,
Easy UI.
Not useful if the source is restoring often.
Doesn't do well with new connection end points like Salesforce.
