Overall Satisfaction with Quadient Accounts Payable

Uploading and approving invoices for our business. This makes accounting process clean and tracked. Very useful for us with multiple programs and directors to approve invoices.

It's been very helpful for budgeting and tracking as well. We are able to track by accounting code or company which is very useful in searching for financial data.

  • Load times are a bit slow but not a big issue
  • sometimes key words don't seem to bring up results
  • Cleaner main page organization perhaps.
  • Helped keep things organized across multiple programs
  • Helped us prepare budget based on actual data
  • Helped us save with prompt payment, no late fees
Very easy to use, sometimes searching can be difficult but there are many files and documents. Overall, when I started using the program it was very easy to learn and now has been great as I learn more features and have gotten used to it. The layout looks a bit dated but thats no issue.
More detailed and better for larger organizations. Quickbooks works well for a small business but wouldn't want to use it for our size of an organization. Quadient Accounts Payable keeps things simple even with multiple programs in our organization and hundreds of invoices to work through and organize. Better at scale.

It makes approving and sorting invoices very useful. We are currently in year end and next years budget planning and the program is great for planning what to budget next year and where. Approving invoices for prompt payment is another reason this program is excellent for us. There are no areas where it is less appropriate.
