Overall Satisfaction with Quosal
Quosal is used as UTG's primary quote and proposal delivery tool. Quosal streamlines repeat quote creation, order processing, pipeline management, and real-time pricing & inventory from major distributors.
- The Order Porter function was a game changer for UTG when we adopted Quosal four years ago. We can deliver quotes to clients via one URL, update the quote as required, and still use the same URL eliminating the need for bulky PDFs going across the wire.
- Quosal Sell adds pipeline management and extended reporting functions to help SELL and keep track of customer interactions.
- The integration with ConnectWise opportunities gets better and better with each new release!
- The ability to look at two quotes at the same time would be beneficial.
- Our renewals practice has grown by 30% while decreasing the FTE count by about 30% for renewal processing.
