Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Sell (formerly Quosal)

Myself and another team member use Quosal to generate proposal for our MSP practice. I use the software 5 to 10 times a week.
  • I like that I can access QuosalOne from a web browser anywhere and continue my work.
  • I like the real time integration into my CRM and distributors.
  • I like the way Quosal gives a real professional look and feel to our proposals.
  • I'd like to have the ability to customize the product a bit more, however I know that's a limitation of QuosalOne over the full Quosal application.
  • I've not learned to navigate the help and support effectively yet. I think my answers are out there and it's more on me than the software.
  • We are certainly spending less time creating better proposals than with our previous tools.
  • We are closing more proposals faster with QuosalOne.
  • Our quoting tool expense tripled (we were paying very little to begin with, so this is not to say the tool is expensive) and it has been worth every penny we've spent in increased productivity, professional appearance, and ease of quoting/closing deals.
We had used QuoteWerks in the past. It was a good tool, but couldn't give us the flexibility that QuosalOne does. We had to update the software (QuoteWerks) on our systems and run patches on computers that had the full install on it. Now we just open a browser and do business, anywhere, anytime. We are on a SaaS model now, so the maintenance is done for us. Also the ability to create visually appealing quotes is much easier. Maybe it could have been done on the other platform, but the level of effort is minimal in QuosalOne to produce very nice proposals.
I think the software is fantastic for delivering project, product, and recurring service proposals.

Evaluating ConnectWise Sell and Competitors

Yes - We replaced QuoteWerks with QuosalOne. As ConnectWise completed the purchase of Quosal in early 2016, I saw deeper levels of integration coming and wanted to enjoy the added efficiency. We rely deeply on ConnectWise to run our business and want to use the tools that integrate with it the best. Quosal is that tool in the quoting/proposal world.

Tight integration with Connectwise.
I don't think I would. The reasonable pricing and integration with ConnectWise were a deal closer for me.
