Overall Satisfaction with Quosal

Outside sales. It makes paperwork easier to keep uniform and helps the automation all the way to order processing.

Pros

  • Syncs products to Connectwise.
  • Keeps a central spot for all deal paperwork.
  • Allows for searching across different sources for pricing.

Cons

  • Cannot paste Excel tables into a tab for an analysis comparing current and new expenses.
  • Does not support lease factors in term options.
  • Cannot lock down part numbers used (to my knowledge) so reps make their own up.
  • Needs beefier esignature.
  • Hard to design templates due to create crashes and lock ups.
  • Faster quote and paperwork creation.
  • Needs more reporting on rep participation time.
If you use Connectwise I recommend it.
