Outside sales. It makes paperwork easier to keep uniform and helps the automation all the way to order processing.
- Syncs products to Connectwise.
- Keeps a central spot for all deal paperwork.
- Allows for searching across different sources for pricing.
- Cannot paste Excel tables into a tab for an analysis comparing current and new expenses.
- Does not support lease factors in term options.
- Cannot lock down part numbers used (to my knowledge) so reps make their own up.
- Needs beefier esignature.
- Hard to design templates due to create crashes and lock ups.
- Faster quote and paperwork creation.
- Needs more reporting on rep participation time.
