Overall Satisfaction with Raet Youforce

The product is used by our HRM department, managers, and team leads. As a team lead, I use Raet Youforce for the administration of HRM-related documentation and to file team member information such as:
  • salary slips (requests)
  • vacation/holiday leave, sick leave
  • working conditions, employment contract, planning and training interviews
  • declaration for (traveling) expenses
  • overview of benefits (secondary working conditions)
  • absenteeism reporting (as manager/team lead)
  • Administration of (private) personall information
  • Overview of vaction/sickness for your team
  • Self service for declararions, sickness and vacation leave
  • Performance when filling in cost declaration, travelling expenses
  • Overall performance, portal react slow sometimes
  • I cannot judge this question because I was not involved when this product was bought.

Well suited
  • Great for team leads/managers to have an overview of your team/personnel. You can see who isn't working.
  • Good for filing the personal information of your staff. You can even have to option when a document is not valid anymore.
  • Good for sending reminders when a contract has to be renewed or extended.

Less Appropriate
The performance of the declaration/costs expenses sheet can be approved. It looks like an Excel sheet is embedded, and for every new row, you'll have to wait at least 10 seconds to edit the new row.
