Overall Satisfaction with ReachLocal
ReachLocal manages every aspect of the marketing for portfolios of multifamily buildings that I consulted with. They were able to do paid advertising, video ads, SEO, website management, CRM, and many more features for these smaller multifamily managers who aren't familiar with marketing strategies. I connected ReachLocal with this agency and worked with them.

I haven't used any competitors listed, but I am familiar with GTMA and have worked with them. Their advertising strategies have been more robust, and I prefer their Google ads and Facebook ads methods over ReachLocals. I like ReachLocals basic report functionality over GTMA's. GTMA does SEO stronger than ReachLocal as well.
