Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
Config Management. Keeping server repos in sync and installation of basic tooling. Network teams also use it for configuration on switches and less o firewalls. We do some light integration between service now and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to kick off automations certain teams need.
Pros

- Good modules for basic tasks
- highly extensible
Cons
- Simplification of the development story
- More basic tooling for smaller deployments
- An easier install method for AWX
- Gotten us off of Chef and onto something far easier to deploy
- Company learnings and standardization is difficult
- Integration into CMDB systems greatly empowers other business units.
The agent less deployment was the main reason for going with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
