Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

We are currently using RHEL in our environments and it has been working good. We like to see a better way to use the opensource products to be available with RHEL. A good enterprise backup recovery for OS. A good satellite system repository, more integrations to 3rd party repos. Would like to see good on live kernel updating, low or minimum downtime for patching activities.
