In our organization, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is Used for server infrastructure and workstations.

Cons

  • Options to upgrade OS
  • Functionality after in-place upgrading OS
  • Minimal attention needed after configuration
  • Good with compatibility for moving certain applications to the OS
Everything i have used the OS for has had it needs met except in very rare cases which were expected to not work anything due to the age of certain applications
